Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging, and free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to you.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned package, though the original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. Delivery typically takes about 3-5 working days to Europe and 6-7 business days to the rest of the world. Please be aware that some international orders may incur import fees depending on the destination country.

• Use cold water, preferably at 30°C.
• Iron on a low heat setting, placing a cloth (such as a damp towel) between the iron and the fabric.
• Avoid using a tumble dryer.
